Thank you for visiting the Employabilitytests.com (ET) website and reviewing our Terms & Conditions. It is simple: We collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. We do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party. However, you are authorizing ET to allow our clients (companies who are hiring for job or attachment or internship) to check your credentials provided by you to take decisions about the job role they are searching for.

To ensure the sanctity of all tests, content of this test is confidential and can’t be shared with any party under any circumstances. No user can claim or ask to see the content of any test. No one is buying the test content but paying money to test himself or herself on set of questions being set by us for assessing employment readiness of individuals. KIIPL owns the intellectual property rights as defined by law. To ensure confidentiality, you must agree to the following terms and conditions before registering with us:

  1. You will not record, copy, publish, or share any part of the test questions or answers in any form (verbal, written) or by any means (manual, electronic) for any purpose.
  2. You acknowledge that the test will be taken solely by you, and that you will not consult any third person or use any other online or offline resource.
  3. You acknowledge that any of our test is not giving you any direct or indirect guarantee to get job by appearing in it.
  4. You can’t claim any sort of job with any of our clients by appearing in any of our test though clients can access & consider your score in recruiting their potential employees.
  5. You will receive warnings if prohibited behavior is detected. Multiple instances of prohibited behavior will result in automatic shut-down of the test and rejection of your application.
  6. We know that you care how we use information about you, and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. Please consult our Privacy Policy to know more about how we collect, use, transfer the personal data of our candidates.
  7. ET is a bridge between job seekers/attaché/interns and companies, but we are not responsible for the final selection of candidate/s or setting remuneration or salary or incentive or offer letter or employment contract given by the companies.
  8. You are aware that you need not to pay any cash or in kind to any company or its official for any favour for selecting you for job or attachment or internship.
  9. You are aware that we do not have any agent in any type to collect cash or in kind for getting you job or attachment or internship. Hence, kindly do not make any payment to anyone.
  10. You are aware that just by giving the Employability Test you are not promised to get the job unless the clients companies have vacancies and they approach to you based on your qualification, experience, etc.
Non-personal Information We Record

If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the website, read pages, or download information, our website's operating system will automatically record some general information about your visit. During your visit, our web operating system will record:

  • The Internet domain for your Internet service, such as "xyz.com" or "xyz.net" if you use a private Internet access account, or "yourcollege.edu" if you connect from a college or university domain.
