Numerical Ability

Numerical ability is one of the most basic skill areas, one that exists in all candidates. This test is also known as data interpretation or numerical critical reasoning tests, involve evaluating situations and drawing conclusions from the data provided to assess one or several situations. It’s considered to be one of the most basic skills needed in today’s data-driven marketplace, and without strong numerical reasoning skills, it would be difficult to succeed in many jobs today.


This test demonstrates candidates ability to deal with numbers quickly and accurately. These tests contain questions that assess their knowledge of ratios, percentages, number sequences, data interpretation, financial analysis and currency conversion.Numerical Ability  test covers basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction multiplication and division), number sequences and simple mathematics (percentages, powers, fractions, etc). Numerical ability tests assess how comfortable candidates  are with numbers, basic mathematical functions and analyzing data under a considerable time pressure

Logical Reasoning

Logical Reasoning test is designed to assess a candidate's ability to think creatively to interpret patterns, number sequences or the relationships between shapes or situations. Logical reasoning is important because it helps individuals and teams more effectively diagnose problems and identify possible solutions that aren't entirely obvious at first. In addition, critical thinking can help resolve conflicts in the workplace.


Logical Reasoning refers to the ability of a candidate to understand and logically work through concepts and problems expressed in questions. Logical thinkers observe and analyze phenomena, reactions, and feedback and then draw conclusions based on that input. They can justify their strategies, actions, and decisions based on the facts they gather. Logical reasoning test mostly feature non-verbal content, requiring candidates to interpret and manipulate shapes, numbers and patterns. 

Computer proficiency

This test has been designed to assess the ability of a candidate to work using a computer. It tests if a candidate is aware of the functions in a computer including basic hardware, network, security and system software. The test uses variable difficulty level in questions to accurately identify candidates who understand computer fundamentals.T


Computer proficiency Test will allow the candidate to demonstrate their basic computer knowlege skill level. On the job computer literacy refers to the ability to use computer basic Softwares or programs in an effective manner for the benefit of himself/herself and organization.he computer proficiency test is designed to test the knowledge of  basics of internet usage,  surfing, MSOffice's  Word, Power Point and  Excel as well as other basic information technology. Candidates have a better chance of being successful in their place of work if they are able to navigate computers and use common or basic software programs.

Falling into this score range shows that you have a very strong, in-depth grasp of the subject, areas and concepts being tested. Candidates who score in this score range will most likely learn the job quickly and will not need much if any supervision once it has been mastered.
