Despite of global pandemic, EmployabilityTests.com (ET) launched Kenya’s first Sales Champs ET Talent Hunt in end of June 2020. The responses from sales professionals were beyond expectations. Initially we thought that due to pandemic pressure & risks, just few guys could be interested. They proved us wrong! Junior, middle and senior level sales professionals enthusiastically participated including winners, finalist participants – who compete against each other to secure a place in Kenya’s First ET Talent Hunt for Sales professionals in all three categories. 1. Online Test comprising sales aptitude, sales techniques, PGP, route plan, productivity, customer handling, etc.
2. Functional Interview round with National Jury consisting of MD, GM, NSM, Head-HR of renowned organizations measured participant’s product knowledge, distribution channel, leadership, communication, customer relationship, organized and detailed oriented, handling pressures & deadlines, Sales plan execution, team handling, managing P&L (for senior guys)etc.
3.
