Chairman's Introductory Message

Why Most Admired Sales Company?

The Sales function is the key driver, the soul of every organization. But still, despite it playing a crucial role in building and maintaining loyalty and trust between consumers, customers and the business, we were no platform to get the feedback of these champions about which the companies they loved & aspire to work for. The survey broadens our eyes on the actual perception of the people regarding a particular brand, in turn helping us rank them based on thus. Their feedback is an opportunity and can help organizations massively in developing, re-designing or benchmarking the winners.

Why just 5 Sectors of companies?

Being as the first year of initiating this Award, for now we have focused solely on those sectors which are driving Africa’s economic growth & largest number of salespeople employed. For instance, Africa’s ⅔ of retail spending comes from FMCG. Similarly, we have focused on Banking & Insurance, Telecom, Home & Building Materials and Electronic Media. However, this is only the first step of something great to come, which will only show development down the road, as we will be introducing more relevant sectors from the years following this.
